The player from Canada is not able to withdraw his winnings. The casino claims he played from a restricted country. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

Hi. Everything was fine until I wanted to withdraw. I already withdrew sucesfuly before from the casino, and now they suddenly making it a problem because they think Im from USA. So I sent them plenty of documents stating Im not from USA. They declined all of them. SO I told them if Im from USA then its illegal for them to accept my deposits and I want refund. But they keep saying to verify my account declining both my deposit refund request or cashout request.

If Im from USA they broke the law accepting my deposits and also withdrawing me winnings in the past. Where can I report this? Im sure they can close their casino for breaking law restrictions like that.


Update: they withdrew the cashout request even tho Im suppously in USA! And they refused to refund my deposits which was 10 times more than cashout request!!! They illegally withdrew me money if Im in USA and they illegally took my deposits also from USA.

Also, is there a chanced that you accessed the casino and played while having a VPN on?
