Unable to withdraw winnings I have deposited I keep getting messed around with withdrawal. I have sent my identity documents 5 times I have uploaded directly to the site and via email to security @winward casino. com. But they fail to acknowledge it

I have sent all government issued I'd and bank statement and both cards used to deposit in the last 6 months driver licence working with children check birth certificate medicare card no it goes to my spam I sent them to support nothing . It's a scam don't deposit any money here .

Hi my verification documents were approved I waited a week again for my withdrawal as told my amount is 606 dollars I'm withdrawing. I still haven't heard anything despite my email to security and support and contact on the site via help. I selected wire transfer

Unreasonable no service no help desk not replying to my email I have waited the time they specifically specified.

Could you please specify the exact date of withdrawal request and confirmed verification? If the whole process is still within a 14 days time frame, I would only recommend you to wait for the money to arrive. Please let us know if there will be any update until next week. If not, we will definitely try to intervene.
