I was very lucky and could win € 15,000 in one game. I then wanted to withdraw € 14,000. Then got an email that according to the terms and conditions, profits are limited to € 10,000 per week and payouts to € 10,000 per month. I then corrected my payout to € 10,000. The rest of 5,133,, 68 stayed in my account to this day. The terms and conditions contradict you in points 7.12.2 according to which € 10,000 per week may be won and 7.13 according to which payouts are limited to € 10,000 per month and the additional amount is divided over several months (depending on the amount). That's why I then asked in 3 emails when I could have the rest paid out and only got an answer 2 days later. Again with the reference to 7.12.2 and that the remaining amount has been deleted. Until this message was received, the credit was in my account for 2 days and I want to have it. It is contradicting itself that I make such a profit in a game round. This is fraud and is itself against the terms and conditions.

AGB mit 10000€ pro Woche und Auszahlung mit 10000€ pro Monat beschränkt ist. Daraufhin korrigierte ich meine Auszahlung auf 10000€. Der Rest von 5.133,,68 blieb bis heute in meinem Account. Die AGB widersprechen dich in den Punkten 7.12.2 wonach 10000€ pro Woche gewonnen werden dürfen und 7.13 wonach Auszahlung mit 10000€ pro Monat beschränkt sind und der Mehrbetrag auf mehrere Monate aufgeteilt wird (je nach Höhe). Deswegen habe ich dann in 3 Mails gefragt, wann ich den Rest ausbezahlen lassen kann und bekam erst 2 Tage später Antwort. Wieder mit dem Hinweis auf 7.12.2 und dass der Restbetrag quasi gelöscht wurde. Bis zu dieser Nachricht war das Guthaben 2 Tage in meinem Account und ich möchte es haben. Es wiederspricht sich ja allein schon, dass ich einen derartigen Gewinn in einer Spielrunde erziele. Das ist Betrug und steht selbst gegen die AGBs.

Unfortunately, we are fully aware of this unfair rule, but we’re not in position to change the casino’s T&Cs. The same information and warning are clearly highlighted in our review for the Wintika Casino https://casino.guru/Wintika-Casino-review:
"Warning: Wintika Casino has a €10,000 weekly total win limit. This means that the sum of your wins in one week (not factoring in your losses), can't be higher than €10,000. If you win more, you will not get the money exceeding the limit. We consider any win limit to be extremely unfair to players, which is why we penalize any casino that has implemented it, unless the win limit is enforced by third-party factors, such as local regulations."
As you can see from all of the information in our review, Wintika Casino is a very bad online casino. We don't recommend playing at it and strongly advise you to stay away from it.
