I tried widraw using the same method I deposited, but it was always canceled because I was having trouble using Mastercard. now I was asked to deposit again using another method, so that the funds can be withdrawn.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please understand that if you did deposit with a method, it doesn't mean that you can use the same method to withdraw. In order to withdraw you also need to make a deposit with the new payment method in order to verify it.
