Hi everyone.


just on a quick note. I signed up to Winstler from the UK and I have never been asked for any account verification.


I have deposited over £1500 to this company and I have seen on their terms and conditions that UK nationals are not permitted to deposit. Makes me very annoyed because if I had won anything I quite simply would have had my account closed but they are happy to take this money from me.


Im blocked for every gambling site in the UK and have a problem with gambling.


this company preys on UK nationals who cannot gamble on UK licensed platforms.


I understand it is my fault so no harsh comments 😂 but I have reached out to the company who do not contact me back at all …..

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience. We accept the situation when the casino allows players from restricted countries to open an account as long as they don’t use this as an opportunity to later cancel the player’s legitimate winnings. Simply said – if the casino allows players from restricted countries to deposit and play, they should pay out their winnings as well. However, if the player personally chose to make deposits and lost, we believe they are not eligible for any refunds because they could lose their deposits in the same manner at any other casino.

Therefore, I would like to emphasize, that we investigate further and help only those players, whose funds or winnings have been confiscated due to being from a restricted country or if you informed the casino about your gambling problem before depositing. Nevertheless, it doesn’t seem that this is the case here, but correct me if I am wrong, please.

If there is anything else, we could help you with, do not hesitate to let us know, otherwise, we will close this complaint.
