Case summary

The player from Kentucky had requested a withdrawal of $2061 three weeks prior but was asked to pay multiple fees in Bitcoin before receiving the funds. After paying the final fee, she never received her withdrawal, leading her to believe she had been scammed. The Complaints Team investigated the issue and confirmed that the casino's practice of charging processing fees was unethical and had been reported by multiple players. Despite attempts to engage with the casino, it remained uncooperative. Consequently, the complaint was classified as unresolved due to the casino's unreasonable excuses, and players were advised to avoid this operator.

I won $2061 and decided to withdrawal it and winspark contacted me saying that all I had to do was to pay a fee with bitcoins so I did on my cash app. After I paid the fee I had to pay another fee which was explained that would be the last fee that I would have to pay for and that I was going to receive my withdrawal. Well I never received it so I feel like I was scammed and that my money was stolen.

Dear stacykkng51094,

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I am sorry to hear about the problem you've been facing. Could you please confirm that this is the website of the casino your complaint is about?

https://www.winsparkspin.com/home

A reputable casino will never ask a player to deposit additional fees to process a withdrawal. While it’s true that players may be asked to make a verification deposit when cashing out from a free bonus, the case with WinsParkSpin Casino is quite different.

Since the end of September, we have received several complaints from players experiencing the same problem. Players win money, and when they attempt to withdraw their winnings, they are asked to make multiple deposits. You can check these complaints here.

Moreover, our specialists have reviewed this website, and as stated in our warning, due to the practice of fabricated charges, we consider WinsParkSpin to be a scam casino and we strongly recommend you avoid this platform at all costs.

  • Could you please forward all the relevant communication between you and the casino to kristina.s@casino.guru? Alternatively, you can post it here

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Best regards,

Kristina

No I don’t think so it just says Winspark and the money that I used for the game was the last bit of money that I had.

Thank you for your reply, stacykkng51094. Yes, this scam casino acts publicly as a more reputable casino with the same name, but after comparing your screenshots with screenshots of other players experiencing the same issue it is clear to me that you registered in one of these:

https://www.winsparkus.com/home

https://www.winsparkspin.com

Both are a mirror of the same casino. After a thorough investigation, we have concluded that the casino's practice of charging players processing fees is unethical and goes against fair gambling standards. Additionally, despite our repeated efforts to reach out and seek an explanation, the casino has been uncooperative and failed to provide any valid justification.

We understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, but unfortunately, without cooperation from the casino, there is little more we can do to assist. As a result, we will be closing this and all related complaints as unresolved, with the classification of "Unreasonable Excuse."

Please also be aware that this will further negatively affect the casino’s already low safety index on our platform, especially since it has been using the trademark of a reputable brand to deceive players. We strongly recommend caution when dealing with this operator and suggest choosing casinos with higher safety ratings in the future.

Thank you for choosing Casino.Guru, and we regret that we were unable to secure a more favorable resolution.

Best regards,

Kristina
