The player from Japan had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting the complaint. Their money had not been received yet. An issue had arisen due to multiple withdrawal requests and delays in KYC verification, with the casino allegedly erasing the player's withdrawal history. Despite the player's claim of having completed KYC verification in October and having an approved withdrawal in December, they had still not received their funds. We had requested further information and communication history from the player for investigation, but the player failed to respond, leading us to reject the complaint due to lack of cooperation from the player's side.

No matter how many times I ask about withdrawal by live chat or email, Winsroyal will not withdraw.

The period has already been two months, and it has been refused to withdraw for more than four months, including KYC certification.

The first withdrawal application was in the middle of October, but Winsroyal erased my withdrawal history with the excuse uploading.

Therefore, I cannot see the withdrawal history in October, November and early December.

I don't know why Casino Guru has 7.7 points for this problem.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

This withdrawal application is a problem that has already been over two months.


The current withdrawal application is on December 8th, but it is because WINSROYAL has said that he should re -apply for withdrawal many times.

The first withdrawal application will be in mid -October, the second, November, and the third December.


As I wrote above, Winsroyal has reviewed the withdrawal system, and my withdrawal history in October and November has been erased.


Perhaps they don't want Casinoguru to point out this problem.

WinsRoyal completed its first withdrawal on December 27th.


I have already completed the KYC verification in October.

However, it took two months for WinsRoyal to approve the KYC verification.

And I applied for withdrawal after completing KYC in October.

In other words, 4 months will have passed by the time the first withdrawal is completed.


This withdrawal is an active bonus winnings.

I can only request withdrawals of $900 at a time, and about $4,000 has yet to be withdrawn.
