Hi I tried to make a withdrawal of 3500 € from my Winorama account I put as a method of withdrawal bank transfer the money was deducted from my account but I did not enter any iban to make me the transfer. how can I do?

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal or you’re withdrawing a bigger amount of money. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved by the casino, still if you don’t receive your winnings by then, please, let us know and we will try to help you. They told me that it has been approved and I will receive my bank transfer of € 3500 in 2 working days ... I will keep you updated Thursday I will let you know if I have received my money or not ... I have saved all the emails and conversations in live chat
this morning I contacted winorama's support again in chat as the money had not yet arrived in my account and they told me that they paid € 3500 this morning and at the same time I received 2 emails that said the deposit was approved and another with written that the transfer was made and that in 4-8 working days I will be credited while the chat tells me that today afternoon tomorrow I have to check my account and I will find the money ... so patiently I will wait for these other days to see if I get the money and I will keep you updated
