The transaction has to be approved and processed and it could take a couple of days. As you can see on the second screenshot, you will have to wait 4-8 days to receive your payment. If you want to call the casino anyway, I found this phone number on the casino's website: +35722007792. I recommend you to wait up to 8 days and then let me know if you received the money.
