At WinOlot Casino I requested a €4,000 withdrawal on November 7th and promptly provided all requested documentation. In the last email I received, I was informed that everything was in order and that the payment department would proceed with the transaction. However, it has now been over 86+ hours, and the withdrawal has still not been processed.


I rarely gamble and have only deposited a total of €200, with no bonus funds or other incentives involved. I exclusively play live roulette.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Since the maximum withdrawal limit is €5,000, I decided to cancel my initial €4,000 withdrawal and quickly increase it to €5,000. I've now requested the new payment and am curious to see how long it will take and if I will actually receive it.
