I have sent another complaint going more into detail basically they will not pay out at all and whenever I ask where my money is they close the chat of put a smiley face 😊 it’s very paitronising I have to wait 7 to 21 days when they say in their terms that all withdrawals are 48 hours pending ? Everyone on the internet is complaining and being scammed ? It needs investigating

Could you please advise since when is the withdrawal pending? Is your account verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your balance with real money or bonus?

It’s been pending since the 5th of aug 7:58 am still pending now they’re giving me the same response I deposited 100 and did the whole wagering stuff I also read through all terms and stayed under the maximum bet

We would like to ask the Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
