The player's withdrawal is delayed for over 3 weeks. Later, we were informed that the player successfully received the winnings so the complaint was closed as resolved.
I have waited over a month for my withdrawal. Just keep saying it’s awaited. The say it can take up 21 working days. It’s been longer than that. Doesn’t look like they are going to pay out.

Hi. I verified the account as soon as I opened it. All the winning came from real money and no bonus was involed. Spoke to a chat adviser yesterday and they said should get the money soon. I have been told that for weeks now. The withdrawal was made or the 16 of august.
