I started the withdrawal on 3rd of June , they told me 2nd July is 21 days since then no payment only excuses . They kick me out of the chat , they copy and paste the response , any complianțan are non delivered .

Thank you for your response. Did they ever paid large sum of money.


My account has been verified and I had one withdrawal of £200 which took less than a week .


It sounds to me that could be years to wait based on reviews I read online .


I am not sure why is not possible to make a formal complaint. Why this is possible if they got their licence .

I would like to inform you that since this casino has 10+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved".
