Despite frequent correspondence with the casino, the player has received various excuses and directive to be patient for required checks. The complaint was closed as unresolved as the casino has no reaction policy. Not long after, the complaint was reopened as the player informed us that he received the payout from the casino.

I joined this site in April and played a few games. Had a couple of small wins which were paid within their timeframe. Then I had this win of 625. Despite messages and emails nearly every day I still can't get a satisfactory response. I have had so many different excuses and I am now at the end of my tether.. they just tell me to be patient as they have to make necessary checks. I am a pensioner and only spend a small amount on the slots but I have definitely been put off now.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Thamk you so much for trying to help me. My account was verified at the beginning of April. I accumulated my winnings with real money. No bonuses. I spoke to the casino yesterday via Chat and as usual told to be patient and they will escalate my complaint to their Finance Department which they have been telling me for the last 6 ereks!.

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of WinnerCasino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate. 


We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from WinnerCasino. I wish I could be of more help.

 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.

The complaint was reopened and closed again as resolved after the player contacted us that he received the payment from the casino.
