The player from the United Kingdom was unable to log in due to a forgotten password. The casino was not responsive in resolving this issue. Despite a stated payout timeframe of 7 to 21 days, the player's withdrawal request from the first week of April had still not been processed. We were forced to close the complaint as unresolved due to the casino's repeated non-responsiveness in similar cases. This negatively impacted the casino's overall rating.

Can’t log in, I forgotten my password, the site have not helped at all in sorting that out. Continue to send adverts to play, the issue is on the site it states payouts take between 7 to 21 days, I requested withdrawal on first week of April, they tell me it can take longer. I feel there not going to pay me, if I contact them can’t always guarantee there going to reply back.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? How many withdrawals in what sum do you have in the casino? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Last time I contacted the casino was on the 7th of May, asking when will I receive my winnings of £220. Tried a few times too withdraw but was not possible. As for verification I can assume that has been done because when I contact them they just say can take a while for payment, they have never mentioned that. And problem is I can’t access my account with them too find out, as every time I asked for assistance in accessing my account the staff failed to do it.

Unfortunately, we have come to a point where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 10+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us. 

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue, however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach. 

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice for WinnerCasino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from WinnerCasino. I wish I could be of more help. 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
