The player from United Kingdom has deposited money into casino account but the funds seem to be lost. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
I joined this casino and deposited several times to which they did not credit the account with. I contacted chat and was told it would be credited or go back to my account and to be patient! It has never come back to me and was never credited, I emailed support and told them to close the account and that I wanted my money refunded. I had one email explaining it had been sent to the relevant department weeks ago and now I am being ignored.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.
