Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what did they respond regarding the document not being accepted?

Hello Nick,

The id verification asked for my id card a selfie with me holding the id card and a document which show's my legal place of residence. Everything went well but the verification now says for me to enter the date of birth exactly as it is on the document I've sented. The document meaning the id card I assume which clearly say's my correct date of birth as the one I registered on the casino with.I emailed the KYC department saying if they want to see my birth certificate but I haven't got an answer 2 days now

So I sented two pictures one showing my name and that I'm the owner of the card that I did the deposit with and the other was a screenshot of the deposit which in that case was 50 euro . The first picture got accepted but I still can't withdraw my winnings
