this casino is horrible. They have a rolling withdrawal limit of 8m trx. Even if you didn’t withdraw, if someone else withdraws, it counts towards the 8m trx. They have mentioned this was a temporary security measure and a new implementation will be put in place, one year later... still nothing. The site is so ugly too. There’s always issues with something. I’ve lost a lot of money due to "node issues" as they say and never refunded. Support is the worse, it takes months to get a response or no response at all. Many users have experienced this, not just me. I think you should dig deeper before giving them a good reputation, there’s complaints everyday and nothing changes from the team. Absolutely awful experience.

Have you withdrawn any funds successfully in the past? I have checked general terms and conditions unfortunately; I haven’t found any withdrawal limits. Nevertheless, they shouldn’t apply for the entire platform, but for each player individually.  

We have never received any complaint regarding WINk Casino in the past, however, today you’re already second player bringing this issue to our attention.
