Hello I am waiting for a withdrawal originally made on November 16th of €500. Wingaga told me that it would be processed within 3 working days but it was not done, it arrived on the weekend, so on Saturday November 23rd, the Wingaga site does not mention a delay but says that they do not process withdrawals on weekends in accordance with their general conditions. Unfortunately I cancelled the withdrawal to bet and I made another withdrawal of €500 on Monday November 25th, today the same thing, the 3 working day deadline has passed and they are doing the same thing again. Could you please ask them to process the withdrawal and stop playing with the players? Thank you

Hello Kristina, thank you for your message. The problem is simple, the Wingaga site is delaying payments. My last withdrawal request was dated November 25, 2024 for €500, it's Friday the 29th, more than 3 working days, and they haven't paid. It's going to arrive on the weekend tomorrow and they're going to tell me no processing on the weekend. Thank you for your help, I'm disappointed.

Thanks for your response. I have already validated a withdrawal with success that of November 15 received on November 20. These are the same details for other withdrawals from the same bank account. There are still three withdrawals of €500 pending and the oldest is from December 1.
