I got a cashback bonus from the Christmas calendar. And this was booked as a bonus.
€ 43.60 including sales conditions were in the bonus area.
First of all I met all the wagering requirements and this amount was credited to me as real money.
Without notice or other.
Then I started to play and requested 8 withdrawals for an intermediate amount of € 9500.
And continued playing until I had another 22,000 euros in my account.
When I logged in again after lunch, I got the fright of my life, all of a sudden there was only € 43.60 left.
The customer service then contacted referred me to an email. I received 5 minutes before, i.e. just under 10 hours after converting the bonus money into real money, and from € 43.60 to € 30,000.
No notice, no notification for cashback withdrawals are limited to € 100.
They let me play after all the bonus conditions, even request withdrawals, then play for more hours until they report after 30K and say here is not.
That's a bonus, from the bonus. If I had paid out the money and paid it back in immediately, would it have applied?
That is stupid, and why is there no hint or does the system not automatically recognize something and thus simply prevent you from continuing to play?
Because more than just paying was not possible according to them.
I find it cheeky and brazen to let someone win so much first and then to say, ne is not.

Ich habe aus dem Weihnachtskalender einen Cashback Bonus bekommen. Und dieser wurde als Bonus Gebucht.
43,60€ inkl. Umsatz Bedingungen standen im Bonus Bereich.
Zunächst habe ich alle Umsatz Bedingungen erfüllt und mir wurde diese Summe als Echtgeld Gutgeschrieben.
Ohne Hinweis bzw sonstigem.
Dann fing ich an zu spielen und habe bei einem Zwischenbetrag von 9500€ 8Auszahlungen beantragt.
Und weiter gespielt bis ich weitere 22.000 Euro auf dem Konto hatte.
Als ich nach dem Mittag essen mich wieder eingeloggt habe, habe ich den Schreck meines Lebens bekommen, da standen auf einmal nur noch 43,60€ da.
Der daraufhin Kontaktierte Kundendienst verwies mich auf eine Email. Die ich 5min, also knappe 10 Stunden nach der Umwandlung von dem Bonus Geld zum Echtgeld, und von 43,60€ bis 30.000€, vorher erhalten habe.
Kein Hinweis, keine Anzeige zwecks Cashback Auszahlungen sind auf 100€ begrenzt.
Da lassen die mich spielen nach all den Bonus Bedingungen, ja selbst Auszahlungen beantragen, danach weitere Stunden spielen, bis sie nach 30K sich melden und sagen hier ist nicht.
Das ist ja ein Bonus, vom Bonus. Wenn ich das Geld ausgezahlt und sofort wieder Eingezahlt hätte, hätte es gegolten?
Das ist doch bescheuert, und wieso gibt es keinen Hinweis bzw erkennt das System sowas nicht automatisch und verhindert damit einfach das man weiter spielen kann?
Denn mehr als auazahlen war ja damit nicht möglich laut denen.
Ich finde es eine Frechheit und Dreist jemanden erst soviel Gewinnen zu lassen und dann zu sagen, ne ist nicht.
Der Ablauf dieser Aktion ist das letzte.

As already described by my colleague, this is about the "cashback amount originally assigned in the advent calendar" although you have converted the amount, it originally comes from the cashback.

Wie bereits von meinem Kollegen beschrieben geht es hier um den "ursprünglich im Adventskalender zugewiesenen Cashback-Betrag" obwohl du den Betrag umgesetzt hast kommt dieser ursprünglich vom Cashback.
Tut mir Leid dass wir keine besseren Nachrichten für dich haben.

I understand this must be frustrating for you because unluckily, there is no system or a notification from the casino unless they discovered this issue just when you asked for a withdrawal.
