Hello since January 4th, 2021 I'm waiting for my instant deposit of € 10. I uploaded everything to it but it just doesn't move.

If this is the case, the best thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider, as this is a standard procedure. The payment provider needs to investigate what happened to your funds, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes one month approximately.

On January 4th you made two deposits of 10 EUR each. One deposit was credited to you immediately on January 4th and the second deposit was credited to you on January 8th due to a technical delay.
