Hello. I recently made a deposit to Winfest casino off 100 euro. I started playing at 1,5 euro bets. I ended up getting some money quick and decided to change to 5 euros bet to play the wager up quicker. I ended up winning enough for 9600 euro cashout when the wager was done. When i did the withdrawal i got an email saying i had exceeded the betline limit in the bonus, which they said was 0,5 limit on eachbetline, while my bet was 1 euro each line. They took away all my money except for my original deposit of 100 euros. Should they not block me from playing games or limits i am not allowed to play? As I see it they permitted me to play the game, where it was no chance of me ever getting money from it and only they could win. Is this even legal? They even took away the money i won from my smaller bets.

Thanks alot

Dear Kristian,

Thank you for submitting your complaint. I'm really sorry to hear about your issue. I've gone through the casino bonus terms and found this:

"4. During an active bonus the maximum allowed bet per game round/spin is €5.00 or € 0.50 per bet line. If a player exceeds the bet limit of €5.00 during an active bonus all winnings will be void. It is the player's responsibility to cancel his/her active bonuses."

I know it may seem unfair that it's able to bet more even with active bonus, but it's always the player's responsibility to read full terms and conditions when playing in a casino. I'm sorry but there is nothing that we can do for you in this case as it is a clear violation of the casino terms. Is there anything else we can help you with?

Best regards,

Nick

After i recieved a win of 3,5k euro on the 1,5 euro total bet i did read the rules to check how i could complete my wager as Quick as possible. The thing i saw was that 5 euro was the bet limit and i decided to do 5 euro bets on the same slot i played at. I did not Even know what a bet line was until i got the email where they removed my money. I clearly did not intend to break any rules which must be clear to them. I can not see how they can remove Even the money i made at first when i was playing the 1,5 euro bets. In the absolute worst case scenario they should have resetted me back to before i started playing 5 euro bet. This seems like a total scam, if they let you play games where they can Just remove your money if you end up winning. But if you end up losing they gladly take your money. If i am not allowed to play that game during the bonus with the bet i am trying to spin at they should Block the option to spin it, like other casinos do. If they let me play something i am not allowed to without any warning or trying to Block it in any way they are indirectly trying to make me break their terms without me knowing so that they can take my money if i win. I can not posibly believe this is legal.

We would also like to see casinos to implement system which would prevent the player's to bet if they are not allowed to but unfortunatelly it's not possible at the moment. The casino bonus is a benefit from the casino and they are allowed to fortify the winnings if you break the rules. I don't see any way to get your money back as you did bets higher than 0.5 per line. The term applies to full bonus from the beggining to the end of wagering.
