The player from India has tried to redeem a bonus without being successful. We rejected this complaint as it was sports betting related.
This is poor website their customer service is very poor. On 3rd April, I got a mail that my account has credited with 2000 free bet but, when I am trying to place a bet there is no choose the free bet option they are making people fools by wasting their time I have contacted the customer service 11, 12 times from 3rd April to now but, noone has solved the issue and saying that the free bet will be credited to my account sooner.

Previously I haven't activated any free bonus a few days ago I have deposited 5001 and lost app the money. Yesterday, I got a mail that my account has credited with 2000 free sports bonus but, when I am trying to place a bet Use the free bet option isn't available there. That means it's not credited so, I connected the team immediately but, they said it will credit to your account sooner I have contacted them 12, 13 maybe 14times since I got that mail but, everyone is saying that your free bet will be credit to your account soon. And I have asked them the reason behind the delay noone has answer for it. And they took of time to respond I never faced such poor service as I have uned many websites like 10cric, casino, rajbet, betway, betmaster, casinoin, willscasino and many more. But, this is really frustrating me as I am tired asking. They make me fool with this fake mail
