I have sent all documents to verify myself but my passport expired july 2020 I am not renewing it as no intention of travelling. I dont drive so no id..Not old enough for bus pass..Dont have photo id in UK like a lot of other Countries have..I sent my full birth cert with my marriage cert and they won't except it. I belong to other on line casinos and all of them have excepted my documents and I have had no problems with deposits and withdrawal from any of them...Win British have been no help at all and seems to me they are making sure that they don't have to pay me my £100...They except my deposit no problem.
