Despite the initial delay, the player's withdrawal issue had been successfully resolved after he managed to speak with a casino representative who allowed him to withdraw to his TSB debit card. The player had expressed dissatisfaction with the casino's initial handling of his withdrawal request and closure of his account after significant winnings. The issue was eventually resolved and the complaint had been marked as 'resolved' by the Complaints Team.

William hill are refusing to pay me stating I have to withdraw to the payment method I deposited from. Which I tried to do. I was tolyi can only withdraw to my Barclays account. My Barclays account is closed. William hill know this. But still will not pay me my money. Thank you.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hello. Thank you for your message. I did receive it in the end. Only because I finally got through to someone on chat who was educated enough to know that I could not withdraw to an account which was closed. They let me withdraw to my tsb debit card which I deposited from anyway. Makes sense. But some just make things awkward. I do believe the majority of betting sites will do their best to hold on to winnings longer than necessary because they do not like it when you win. I won £6000 on hey spin. They closed my account. I won £3000 on admiral casino, they to closed my account. And then you have others closing my account telling me a different story. Thanks again.
