Will's Casino - Player’s winnings were capped.

Hallo, also ich habe bei dem Casino Wills 40 einbezahlt und 40 Bonus bekommen.Und ich habe den Bonus durchgespielt und dann habe ich 4500Euro bekommen, ich hatte etwas um die 5700 Euros, dann habe ich 5500 Euros ausbezahlt.Ich habe dann 500 storniert. Dokumente geschickt für die Verifizierung und alles war gut und die haben 1000Euro akzeptiert und 4000Euro gelöscht. Die haben dann gesagt 40+40 (Deposit+Bonus) muss man 40x mit Einsatz durchspielen=3200 Euro. Und 30x wird nur ausgeazhlt nur diese 40 Euro Deposit x 30 =1200Euros,nur dass bekomme ich und der rest ist gelöscht. Wo ist da die Logik und Bonus, ich musste den Bonus auch durchspielen + den Einstaz 3200 und am Schluss habe ich nur 1200 Euros bekommen, dass ist wircklich grosse Abzocke. Und ich habe ja den Bonus durchgespielt bevor ich diese 4500 noch bekommen habe und dass wurde alles abgezogen. Kann ich dagegen noch was tun, können Sie mir helfen?

„All deposit bonus have max cashout (unless specified differently), is 30 times the deposit. Example: you deposit 50$ your max cashout is 1.500$"

Sadly, there is not much I can do to support your case at this time. This is a standard rule. The casino can set a limit on bonus winnings and there is nothing we can do about it. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed. Das stimmt alles, aber ich habe ja diesen Bonus durchgespielt und dann erst 4500 gewonnen ohne Bonus und immernoch bleibt es Bonusgeld? Aber wieso verteilen die dann Bonusgelder wenn man trotzdem nur 30x Ausgezahlt bekommt, nur also diese 40 wo ich eingezahlt habe und wo sind diese 40 vom Bonus wo ich durchgespielt habe?

Wo ist die Logik dahinter, dass ist doch die grösste Abzocke dieses Casinos, was wollen die da erreichen, die bieten ja da garnichts, Bonus durchspielen und am Schluss kein Bonus. Ich will dass dies drin bleibt für andere Spieler.

Kann man noch irgendwo schreiben, z. B. auf die Firma des Casinos?
