Was very satisfied with this casino for several months and especially all others from the operator Mirage. But I did notice that the support just cheekily doesn't answer some emails and if you win money too often, you will be blocked for all promos (!!!). In the chat you are asked to send an email to xxxxx to find out exactly what you did wrong - but you don't get any reactions from there. Anyway, if you allegedly made a mistake, as a reputable house you can proactively inform the member about it instead of blocking the promos without comment - too bad!

The quality of the customer service is nothing short of horrible !!

I uploaded my document for verification. It only took 50 days to be approuved. Yes not 5....but 50 !!

When I sent an email to ask what was going on they didn't even bother answering me. When I asked in the chat all they were able to say is that the procedure was still in progress. Zero help what so ever.

Do yourself a favor and don't spent a dollar at this casino.

I think wills casino is scam as I have played many casino's like betmaster, casinoin, rajbet, betway,jungli, junglebet, 10cric, twin casino, casumo, rajabets, 4rabet, 22bet, melbet, 1xvet and many other casino's. On 24th December I have requested a withdraw of 80 EUR and it's declained. So, I played with that money and again I request a withdraw of 108 on 1st January on 3rd January it's cancelled again. And with the frustration I raised my bet and lost 48 EUR. Who is the responsible for my collapse. Customer care has no answer for my question, they ask me to request again and again. This is not good. You know 10cric payouts within hours and same for rajbet too but, these wills casino I think it's a scam
