The player from Ontario had a withdrawal of $750 pending since February 3, which was initially expected to be processed in 3 working days, but it had now exceeded 6 working days. Despite assurances of successful account verification, the player remained concerned about the delay and the casino's ability to fulfill the withdrawal due to high volume. The Complaints Team acknowledged the delay and advised patience, stating that it might take up to 14 days for processing. However, due to the player's lack of response to further inquiries, the complaint was ultimately rejected.

I made an initial withdraw of $750 on February 3 and the casino policy says 3 working days starting after the withdraw request it will be processed. After enquiring after that timeframe was up I was told it's 3-5 working days but not to worry everything with verification etc of my account is great and due to the large volume of withdrawls requested it's taking a little longer. I am now at 6 working days and still being told the same thing, everything is good with my account it's due to the high volume of withdrawls. I have played at many other casinos and have received my withdrawls almost instantly into my bank account. Being it's a new and smaller casino I'm not confident I am going to receive my money.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. 

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. 

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.
