Hello, I need your help. I've been waiting for my payout at Wildpharao since 01/30/22. Account has been verified for some time, 1st payment took almost 2 weeks. The amount was a bit higher then. I played and wagered €20 CashBack. Live chat sometimes doesn't help or answers at all. I wrote to support and there is no response either. It annoys me so much and I finally want the money and then I never pay in there again. I'm really disappointed. It worked the 1st time. I hope you can help me.

Hallo, ich bräuchte eure Hilfe. Seit dem 30.1.22 warte ich auf meine Auszahlung bei Wildpharao. Konto ist schon länger verifiziert, 1te Auszahlung dauerte knapp 2 Wochen. Da war der Betrag etwas höher. Ich habe mir 20€ CashBack gespielt und umgesetzt. Live Chat hilft einen null bzw. Antworten manchmal auch gar nicht mehr. Support habe ich angeschrieben und es kommt auch da keine Reaktion. Mich ärgert es so und ich möchte endlich das Geld und dann zahle ich da nie wieder ein. Bin echt enttäuscht. Beim 1ten mal klappte es. Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen.
