Then I canceled the payout and requested the payout again on 10/11/2022. It is not processed and again no reactions from support. Maybe you can help me.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

My account has been verified since 8/17/22. On August 18th, 2022, I had already requested the payout. But then canceled it on October 11th, 2022 and immediately applied again because it was not paid out, "there is no response to several emails and in the live chat it is always said that they cannot do anything . They see exactly the same as I do, but they pass it on. But nothing happens there either.
All deposits were always without a bonus.
The last email I asked for a payment was sent on October 23, 2022. And I don't know exactly when the last conversation was in the live chat, but it was between 10.10.2022 and 15.10.22.

Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.
Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Wild Pharao Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
