The player's withdrawal is delayed for almost 2 weeks. The complaint was closed as unresolved as the casino has no reaction policy.
After a long back and forth, I got an email that the payout was approved and have been waiting for it ever since.
The email had also taken forever.
And now I don't even get an answer to the emails I wrote and in the chat I always get the answer that I should write an email.
The payment is out of the account, but never reached me.

Ich bekam nach langem hin und her eine Email dass die Auszahlung genehmigt wäre und warte seither darauf.
Die Email hatte auch schon ewig gedauert.
Und jetzt bekomme ich nicht mal eine Anrwort auf die Emails die ich schrieb und im Chat bekomme ich immer die Antwort ich soll eine Email schreiben.
Die Auszahlung ist aus dem Account raus, aber nie bei mir angekommen.

The account had long been verified.
Definitely 2 months or more.
I have not claimed a bonus
I always communicated via email and chat at the same time. It was about the payment. And it was approved after 2 weeks. On July 12th it was removed from the account as processed.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Wild Pharao Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
