My payout from 14.5.22 does not reach me. The live chat says he is not responsible and the support does not answer. However, I always received my winnings beforehand. Now, however, despite several emails, nothing comes. The amount is stored in the casino account as paid. But nothing has arrived in my account. No money or feedback from support.

I've been verified there for a long time. I have received payments from there before. I had played with a bonus, as always. But I had met all the requirements, wagered through and played the games that were usually played. The money would supposedly already be out...lt Casino. Wild Pharaoh has been wanting to check which bank details were transferred to for 5 or 6 weeks...
I have contact, unilaterally, about every 2-3 days. I write an email to the support, unfortunately without feedback and then I write it to the live chat and they say that they can't help, but pass it on. I keep asking about the 5/14/22 payout and when I will get the money. But then nothing happens after that. I have no feedback from support. I am definitely fully verified. I can't say the date, but after my verification I have received money from the casino before...

Unfortunately, we have come to a point, where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.
Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.
Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice of Wild Pharao Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate.
We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Wild Pharao Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
