I requested a payout on 05/13/2022. My account is verified. I've already sent a few emails and didn't even get a reply. Neither with support nor with the payment department. To date, my winnings have not been paid out. I've been waiting seven weeks now. Every player has to abide by all the terms, but the casino goes above and beyond.
I hope that you can help me in this case and I finally get my money.

On May 13th, 2022 my account was fully verified by the live chat because I had problems before, but they could help me.
I didn't play with any bonus and only real money.
I sent emails every week but never got a reply. On June 26th, 2022 I wrote another email with a deadline of July 1st, 2022 to pay out my winnings. I didn't get a reply or my money either.

Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.
Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Wild Pharao Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
