Hello, I deposited 20 euros at wildpharao and won without a bonus.
My account is fully verified.
On June 13, 2022 I received an email that my payout was approved and the money will be there in 2 to 3 days.
But it still hasn't arrived.
In the live chat you always get the same answer that you have nothing to do with the payment and forward it to the accounting department who then get in touch with me.
But nothing comes up and emails are not answered.
It's just sad that you're being fooled like that

Am 13.06.2022 habe ich eine Email bekommen das meine Auszahlung genemigt wurde und in 2 bis 3 Tagen das Geld da ist.
Aber es ist immer noch nicht angekommen.
Im Live Chat bekommt man immer die gleiche antwort das sie mit der Auszahlung nichts zu tun haben und es an die Buchhaltung weiterleiten die sich dann bei mir melden.
Aber da kommt nichts und auf Emails wird nicht geantwortet.
Es ist einfach traurig das man so verarscht wird

Unfortunately, we have come to a point, where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.
Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.
Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice of Wild Pharao Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate.
We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Wild Pharao Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
