I have the same problem as many here with this online casino. I made a payment about 2 weeks ago, it is shown in my account as processed, but the money has not yet been received by me. The chat tells me every time that the payment has been made. Since the amount has not been received in my bank account, this cannot be the case. I don't know of any European transfer channels that take over a week. My account is fully verified.

If the status of the payment changed aprox. last week, I would only recommend you to wait. If it's your first ever withdrawal, it might take up to 14 days for the money to appear on your account. It is a very common procedure in almost every casino. Please let us know if the money would arrive until the end of this week. If not, we will intervene.
