Hi Nick thanks in advance for your help I requested a first withdrawal for 15 I did not receive the payment then they told me to change the withdrawal method and it was another 5 days

My account was immediately verified and I used a casino bonus I contacted their live chat several times and the answer is always the same it takes 3-5 days to process
