Ordered a payout in mid-May. Nobody reported. I then wrote to the live chat. It said that something was missing during verification. Everything was submitted later and the live chat was written to again. They said now everything is ok and the money goes out. On 08.06 it was displayed in the history. No money arrived. Reported again to the live chat who said it was done and wanted to pass it on to the payment department. After repeated no response, support and payment department was contacted. To date, despite several emails, no response. The live chat says they can only pass it on and can't do anything from there

Hello Kristina. I had ordered the payment in mid-late May. On June 8th, 2022 I wrote to the live chat. I was told that something was missing during verification. I changed that and got back to live chat. There I was told that everything is ok now and the payment is now being processed. On 06/08/2022, the requested payment was also marked as processed in the history. However, the money did not reach me. I contacted the live chat several times afterwards and was told that it would be passed on for review. There was no feedback. I also wrote to the support and the payment department several times. There was no answer anywhere. Although I had played with a bonus, it had been implemented for a long time. Kind regards

Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.
Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved."This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.
Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice of Wild Pharao Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate.
We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Wild Pharao Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
