Yesterday I contacted the chat again because the application for the first 1000 euros was on March 1st, 2022 and nothing happened. There are still another 2000 euros on the customer account which I cannot pay out until the first payout has been processed. How many months should you wait until you have received your 3000 euros in full? According to the terms and conditions, payments are processed within 3-5 days and according to the terms and conditions you can pay out 1000 euros per day, which is not possible. Please help me
Ich hatte gestern nochmal den Chat kontaktiert, da die Beantragung der ersten 1000euro am 01.03.2022 war und nichts passiert. Es stehen noch weitere 2000euro auf dem kundenkonto die ich nicht auszahlen kann, bis die erste Auszahlung bearbeitet ist. Wie viele Monate soll man denn warten, bis man seine 3000euro komplett erhalten hat? Have now deposited with mifinity and want to pay out on it. Before that I had paid out once on crypto. The status is requested in the customer account, so far no processing and the chat can not do anything...
