Hello and thank you first for opening the complaint, I won 800 euros on 01/01/2022 without a bonus, I applied for a payment to my bank account and a refund on 01/01/2022. It took 7 days for my account to be true completely verreziert. the payout has not happened so far.
It's been exactly 14 days today and nothing happened. I'm starting to feel fooled.
The withdrawal method to my bank account .look forward to hearing from you.
