I've been waiting for my payout at Wild Pharaoh for more than 5 weeks now.
The payout has been confirmed since the end of May but has never arrived in my account.
After repeated inquiries in live support and via email, I am now contacting you.
Only the same statements come from live support. That they are just a technical support and have nothing to do with withdrawals.
If you write emails to the casino, they will not be answered.
You are always treated with the same statements. We pass it on, we look at which Iban it was sent to, we have no influence on the bank processing etc etc.
That means there are 2 CONFIRMED payouts of €1000 each.

Before I started playing in the casino there, I had myself fully verified. The profit came from a deposit plus bonus. I played through my wager as normal without violating any of the rules. And these 2000 euros are my first payouts at this casino. There were 2 withdrawal requests. In my history, both are confirmed but nothing has happened since the confirmation - it hasn't arrived yet.

Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.
Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved."This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.
Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice of Wild Pharao Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate.
We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Wild Pharao Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
