The player from Germany has been waiting for his winnings since April. Casino didn't explain anything.

I deposited €50 with Paysafe on 4/14/22 and won €1000. Got me on the 15th
04.22 verified and requested the payout. On April 25th
22 came the confirmation that my account is verified and I applied for the payout again. Since then I've been waiting for the payment. I wrote to the live chat 3x, first it said 2-5 days, then 7 days and finally, the answer came that it has to do with the war in Ukraine and Russia that the payment is delayed. I also used the email support twice and was only put off. Screenshots available. Today is 5/17/22 and nothing has been credited to my account.

22 kam die Bestätigung das mein Konto verifiziert ist und ich beantragte nochmals die Auszahlung. Seitdem warte ich auf die Auszahlung. Ich habe den Livechat 3x angeschrieben, zuerst hieß es 2-5 Tage dann 7 Tage und zuletzt, kam die Antwort es hat mit dem Krieg in der Ukraine und Russland zutun das sich die Zahlung verzögert. Ich habe auch den Support per Email 2 x genutzt, da wurde ich auch nur vertröstet. Screenshots vorhanden. Heute ist der 17.05.22 und es ist nichts auf meinem Konto eingegangen.

Didn't get any money and didn't get an answer, really sad, I can't recommend this casino, to all those reading this don't pay anything, they don't pay out, and if they say something then just pull over and talk out who a casino is already at 1000€ already has problems paying out, how ridiculous they make themselves, what should happen if someone has 3000€ or more 5000€ 10,000€???
