This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Thank you for your reply, albertschollnavy. Please note that the transfer itself should be immediate. However, the casino may perform specific procedures before the withdrawal request is approved. For example, the player has to verify their identity, or the casino has to perform a routine gameplay check, etc., and these can take a few business days.

Account safety is solely in the player's hands and if someone has found out your login details, the casino has nothing to do with it.
