Hello, I made a payment of 310 € on 23.09.2021. On 24.09.2021 I received an email that the payment was accepted and will be on my account within 1-3 days. Which is not the case on 09/27/2021 I wrote an email and received an answer that the payment should be on the account on 09/28/2021, this is also not the case. Never had such problems with a casino as with this one.
