I applied for a payout of €900 on 06/27/2022. My account is fully verified. However, nothing has happened since then. The LiveChat is super unfriendly and simply closes the chats with the statements that LiveSupport is not responsible for payments or you have ended up in technology. So no help from there. Emails to payments@wildpharao.com are simply completely ignored and not answered. In the meantime, even my account has been blocked after I went to support several times today to get an answer. An absolute cheek. Chat transcripts are also no longer received when requested.
Would be nice if you have a contact there that you could help me there.
I didn't violate the bonus conditions, didn't play any bets over €5 and only played 3 or 4 slots.

ich habe am 27.06.2022 eine Auszahlung in Höhe von 900€ beantragt. Mein Konto ist voll verifiziert. Jedoch passiert seitdem gar nichts. Der LiveChat ist super unfreundlich und schließt einfach die Chats mit den Aussagen der LiveSupport ist nicht für Auszahlungen zuständig oder man ist in der Technik gelandet. Keine Hilfe also von dort. Emails an payments@wildpharao.com werden einfach komplett ignoriert und nicht beantwortet. Mittlerweile wurde sogar mein Konto gesperrt, nachdem ich heute mehrfach in den Support gegangen bin um eine Antwort zu erhalten. Eine absolute Frechheit. Chattranskriptions erhält man auch nicht mehr, wenn man diese anfordert.
Wäre nett, falls ihr dort einen Ansprechpartner habt, das ihr mir dort einmal helfen könntet.
Bonusbedingungen habe ich nicht verstoßen, keine Einsätze über 5€ und auch nur 3 oder 4 Slots gespielt.

No, I haven't had a payout from the casino yet. Another withdrawal was canceled because it was a 250% code from the streamers and it was allegedly bonus abuse since the code was only allowed for the first deposit. Unfortunately, I only have the emails that I wrote, as I no longer receive a log of the chats, even if I request this. For the current payout I used a bonus code that I received by email.

Eine andere Auszahlung wurde storniert, weil es ein 250% Code der Streamer war und es angeblich Bonusabuse war, da der Code nur für die Ersteinzahlung zulässig war. Ich habe leider lediglich die Emails die ich geschrieben habe, da ich kein Protokoll mehr erhalten von den Chats auch wenn ich dies anfordere. Bei der jetzigen Auszahlung habe ich einen Bonuscode benutzt, den ich per Email erhalten habe.

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved."This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.
Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice of Wild Pharao Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate.
We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Wild Pharao Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
