The player from Latvia had an issue with account closure at Wild.io after she won a significant amount. She had successfully completed a detailed verification process, which included a Skype call. However, her account was later blocked. Wild.io accused the player of unfair winnings, but she denied these accusations, suggesting that such treatment only happened to players who won big using the Welcome Package bonuses. Wild.io claimed that the player was from a region where the welcome package was not allowed, a claim the player denied, stating she had always played from her home Latvian IP. We have advised the player on how to contact the regulator and are awaiting a decision from them.

i registred at this casino at 28.11 and made one deposit about 800 usd

casino automatically added bonus around 950 usd

then i started to play wazdan game Lucky Fish

my final balance when i tryed first time to make withdraw was about 6500 usd

casino asked to send them my documents photos and selfie, and address approvment.

I did it. Casino accepeted this documents.

Then casino asked to make some skype call.

At this moment my account still are open. And again playing here i won about 7000 more and my balance now is about 13600.

Casino blocked account.

I write to casino email and into live support that i can make call with them at 16.12.

They accepted call.

They asked question writing it into skype like messages:

As you can see, silly things have been written that have nothing to do with me.

I registred, made one deposit, after i had qood winnings casino asked verification, which i passed without any problem.

But casino blocked me. Please reviews this situation.

Also like i saw at your site, Wild.io casino block everyone who win with theirs WElcome package bonuses. I hope you can review this complaint and other issues with another players, everyone can cleary see that this casino are big scammers, you write that the casino has a safe status with a rating of 8.1

Dear miastej18, as you have mentioned there have been multiple complaints about similar issues at the casino. My team has discussed these complaints with the casino affiliates internally but I regret to inform you that the casino is unwilling to change its stance. According to our policy, we must consider this case as a violation of the Fair Gambling Codex. Firstly, at Casino.Guru, we strongly believe that if players are able to utilize bonuses, they should be paid out in the event of winning. Secondly, the recently added list of restricted countries for the welcome package bonus was not effectively communicated to players, thus leaving registered users unaware that their country was suddenly included in the list. We also hold the belief that players who are excluded from receiving bonuses should be restricted at the software level to prevent them from doing so. If players have the ability to deposit, take bonuses, and risk their own funds, they should also have the right to receive potential winnings, rather than simply losing everything. Due to this reason, we will close this complaint as "unresolved".

I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints might help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint, and you will be notified by email. I recommend you contact the Curacao Antillephone N.V.
