Hello I applied for the payout on August 26th, 2022 and was approved on the same day and was told the money is in your bank account in 3 days and nothing to date because now it suddenly says that it will take 7 days but everything has been approved and out since 26.8. 2022 don't understand wad the crap is supposed to be my email address because o***321@hotmail.de

I don't think it's okay that I have to wait 2 weeks because the casino first said in the live chat it lasts 3 days and then the money is there. After the 3 days I got an email that could take 7 days and then I got an email that took 10 days and now no emails or anything else are answered. I really wonder why such casinos get a mga license even though they are really cheating here, I really can't understand it anymore. We as customers are allowed to pay in, but when we want to pay out, we always have big problems
Ich finde,das nicht in Ordnung das ich 2 wochen erst warten muss da das casino erst gesagt hat im live chat dauert 3 tage dann ist das geld. Nach den 3 tagen kam dann ne email das 7 tage dauern kann und dann kam ne email das es 10 tage dauert und jetzt wird auf keine email oder sonst was geantwortet. Ich frage mich echt warum solche casino ne mga lizenz bekommen obwohl hier echt betrogen wird kann das echt nicht mehr verstehen. Wir als kunden einzahlen dürfen wir aber wenn auszahlen wollen hat man immer grosse Probleme
