The player from Australia won approximately $50,000 but the casino limited his withdrawal to $10,000, causing temptation to continue gambling that resulted in a substantial loss. His account was eventually locked. We were forced to close this complaint because the issue occurred three years ago, which per our policy is considered a "cold case".

I was playing at joker room casino, had several $5000 to $10000 wins I was able to withdraw,I become a VIP part of that so called allowed me to make larger deposits and larger withdrawals. I had some substantially bigger wins, however, when it came time to withdrawals they didn't back up what they said being a VIP and what benefits were for VIP only. I won close to $50000 and I trust to withdraw it, they didn't allow it and said I was only allowed to withdraw $10000 pfn I wanted all my money because I new if it stayed in casino I'd be tempted to continue to game and they would take it back through underhanded tactics, giving me and contributing to a addiction that took $160000 that was my inheritance. I spoke to them on via email and by phone, they would not pay out the lump sum I had won, actually I didn't win a thing because the amount I had deposited wasn't even close to what I was trying to withdraw, several attempts to resolve this went on deff ears and they locked my account with taking with it everything...... Can you help me I have plenty of corspondence through email with my VIP host Ryan, he admitting casino in the wrong and trying to help.

No there was no bonus or wager that had to be met. I have email communication from my VIP host

I apologize, Just1sum, but we regret to inform you that we cannot assist you with your request. As it has been three years since the initial request was made, we are unable to proceed with an investigation. This is considered a "cold case", and our policy dictates that we cannot pursue issues that occurred over a year ago. The gathering of evidence and construction of a timeline would be extremely challenging, if not impossible.
