on at least 1000 occasions. No bonus money.
played a spin for 2.5 euros and won 3750 Euros.
Made a withdrawal as usual, and usually there have been no problems.
Now the supplier said that I had broken their rules and that in previous times I played for more than 30% of the deposit amount.
According to VIP support, it says in their TOC that you can play Max for 30% of the deposit amount, (very unclear and difficult to interpret that it also applied when no bonus money was paid out.)
Because I previously made deposits of 100 euros and played for 100 euros (according to the game provider, it is a bet of 1 euro)
of which they confiscated the withdrawal of 4000 Euro.
So with this, the casino thinks it is reasonable not to pay out any money.
I think this is complete nonsense and when I read reviews on other sites, this casino is not very legitimate as many feel cheated.
If I had now broken this insane rule that they could easily have limited or "discovered" earlier that you are limited by how much you can play for depending on the amount deposited.

feel completely powerless against this foreign company with dubious license.

I would like to emphasize, that we believe such rules are predatory, because players should be allowed to play with their own deposit the way they prefer.
