The player from United Kingdom is experiencing difficulties withdrawing their funds due to limited availability of payment methods. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Hello,
I am currently trying to withdraw my money but the casino are saying that they can’t send the money back to my card. It has to be via Perfect Money. I have seen that perfect money have awful reviews so I don’t want to use them.
according to their terms and conditions it states :
‘ 7.14.2. The funds must be withdrawn on the same payment system, which was used to make a deposit at your account;
I have fully verified my account also.
Can you help?
King regards
Johnathan
Dear Johnathan,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your withdrawal issue.
Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, and contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too.
If you’ve been advised by the casino to use an alternative payment method to withdraw your winnings, I would strongly recommend following their instructions. Banks in some countries refuse to receive players’ funds from gambling establishments. Unfortunately, casinos are powerless in this.
I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.
Best regards,
Petronela
Hi.
The only withdrawal method they are offering is perfect money. Which has awful reviews. Every single review says perfect money is a scam.
I understand your concerns. Unfortunately, if that's the only option that the casino offers for withdrawals, I'm afraid there is not much we can do. We are powerless in changing casino's payment methods.
Sadly, my only advice would be to follow the casino's instructions.
Please keep me informed.
