I made several small deposits in different days tottaling 175 Euros.

The initial deposits meet the rollover requirements and when Try to Withdraw the first 25 Euros they keep refusing

Cant get any solution from support and their e-mail contact dont answer any of my Email.

I feel scammed and robbed.

Kindly ask for your assistance , and if possible just want to get out even if I pay the early exit fee they mention in their TC. Never seem this kind of scamming practices

They send a messages saying that i didnt rollover.

I didnt have winnings, im losing in relation to the total deposits i made. Dont get any bonus also.

Today they contact me to made the KYC.

Made that its ok.

After two Withdrawals to Skrill rejected because of technical difficulties, ask to made another One and for my surprise Skrill option dont appear anymore. Cant withdraw .

What kind of people do that kind of schemes to deny a 25 euros withdrawal. The desrtoy tottaly their image.

Nightmare. Hope people read this accounts to Know this scamming practices

I think maybe it was was because of casinoguru intervention.

I coud withdraw at the end of the day after a couple od rejected attempts.

I receive less than i deposit , because i lose some Money.

Yes i receive the my Money and the Weltbelt support departament was superb in this final stage to solve the questions of denied Withdrawals.
